So. Aroostook High School Senior Amaya Boutilier will be graduating with honors in June and is a member of the Southern Aroostook National Honor Society. Amaya participated in the Firefighting & EMT Program at the Region Two School of Applied Technology in Houlton. Amaya is an active member of the So. Aroostook Scholarship Fund.
Amaya has been a member of the So. Aroostook High School Varsity Cheer team for three years. Amaya also managed the Varsity Soccer and Softball teams. Amaya has been an active member of the SACS Drama Club for four years. Amaya has also participated in a variety of community service projects including volunteering at the SACS Community Service Day, the SACS Clothing Drive, at the Whited Bible Camp, and is also a member of the volunteer Oakfield Fire Department. Amaya plans to attend Northern Maine Community College to major in EMT. Amaya is the daughter of Scott and Michelle Boutilier.
