The Darlings Ice Cream Truck is running about a half hour late!
All three of our Camp Postcard students represented SACS extremely well this past week. Each of them stayed in a cabin with 7-9 other campers from different locations. Only two students in each cabin won awards and ALL THREE of our students won the "Friendship Award" for their cabin. A huge congratulations goes out to Lucus Weed, Aiden Macomber and Ellie Moon for a successful week away and for representing SACS, and most importantly themselves, in the very best way. Also, a big shout out to Officer William Janakis for the seamless process of getting this all organized for us behind the scenes.
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, June 26th and come join us for an ice cream treat! All proceeds benefit our kids!
This week we have three students attending Camp Postcard. It is a week-long camp sponsored by law enforcement. Campers experience an abundance of outdoor activities while making new friends and connections with other campers all over the state. Our very own Ellie Moon is the 2024 Camper of the Week! This award is presented in honor of fallen deputy Luke Gross. The award is given to the camper that best exemplifies what he stood for: companionship, willingness to try new things, and friendship. Congratulations, Ellie. We are so proud of you! Stay tuned for more pictures and announcements from Camp Postcard...they wrap up tomorrow!
The soccer clinic with Mr.Pelletier will be inside today due to the heat. It will be in the multi purpose room. Please come in through the elementary entrance (facing the playground.)
Thank You! ☀️ ⚽️ 🥵 😊
