Due to the impending winter storm with mixed precipitation this morning and this afternoon, RSU 50/So. Aroostook Community School will be dismissing school at 11:15am today.

Last evening, RSU 50 Board Member Barbara Burton was recognized for 12 years of service to the RSU 50 Board. Barbara is a long-time educator at RSU 29 and a strong advocate for the students and programs here at So. Aroostook Community School. Congratulations to So. Aroostook High School Senior Jennah Brooks on her acceptance to the University of Maine at Augusta in the Business Administration program and will received a Dean's Academic Scholarship for up to $12,000.
Jennah has also been accepted at Southern Maine Community College in the Business Administration program. Jennah has also been accepted to Keene State College and has earned a President's Scholarship for up to $30,000.
