Students in Mrs. Brewers life skills program came to the aid of the Houlton humane society with a community service project. Millie a St.Bernard/Pitt bull mix is expecting soon. Her foster family was in need of a large whelping pen. Pictured here are Kevin Clark, Frank Drake, and Mr. Vetter. Minnie and her new pups will be available for adoption some time in May. As always there are lots of cats and dogs waiting for their forever homes at the shelter. If interested, you can contact them at (207) 532-2862 or on line at Houltonhumanesociety.us
